In the NRC's final significance determination letter (Reference 1 ), the NRC staff notified Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation (NSPM), d/b/a Xcel Energy, of a White finding and notice of violation which would require a supplemental inspection. This letter is to inform the NRC staff that NSPM is ready for the supplemental inspection at the MNGP.
Investigations have been completed to determine the root and contributing causes of the performance deficiency associated with the finding. The extent of condition and extent of cause for the performance deficiency have also been evaluated. Corrective actions have been developed to address the root and contributing causes.
Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
