Revised Pages for Monticello Nuclear Generatinq Plant Security Plan In response to Reference I Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) submitted a revised Security plan for Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant on April 29, 2004 (Reference 2). Reference 3 incorporated responses to address the NRC Requests for Additional Information related to compliance with the Reference 1 Order. Subsequent to that submittal NMC has determined, through discussions with members of your staff, that additional revisions are needed. The enclosed pages contain those changes.
Please replace the previously submitted pages of the Monticello Nuclear Generating Security Plan with the enclosed revised pages.
NOTE: THE ATTACHMENT TO THIS LETTER CONTAINS "SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION" AND MUST BE PROTECTED ACCORDINGLY. UPON SEPARATION OF THE ATTACHMENTS, THIS LETTER IS "DECONTROLLED."
