Subsequent to that submittal, NRC issued Requests for Additional Information and NMC responded with proposed revisions to the Security Plan on August 5, August 13, 2004, and August 25, 2004. This letter incorporates those proposed revisions in addition to clarifications developed by the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), as discussed with members of your staff. Please replace the previously submitted version with the enclosed updated version of the MNGP Security Plan.
This letter makes no new commitments or changes to any existing commitments.
NOTE: THE ATTACHMENTS TO THIS LETTER CONTAIN "SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION" AND MUST BE PROTECTED ACCORDINGLY. UPON SEPARATION OF THE ATTACHMENTS, THIS LETTER IS "DECONTROLLED."
