REIRS Project Manager Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission MS T-9F31 Washington, DC 20555 Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant Docket 50-263 License No. DPR-22 2003 Annual Report of Individual Monitoring In accordance with 10 CFR Part 20.2206(b)&(c), the annual report of the results of individual monitoring for 2003 was provided electronically to the NRC. These results were provided via the Radiation Exposure Information and Reporting System (REIRS) web page on April 5, 2004. Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) received a submittal confirmation number (Time Stamp: 20040405122250) that indicated that the transmission was received by REIRS. NMC also received a summary report dated April 5, 2004, which indicated that there were no errors or warnings associated with the electronic report.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6), NMC requests that the information provided, as described above, be withheld from public disclosure.
