U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission ATTN: Document Control Desk 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, Maryland 20852 Confirmation of Due Date Extension: 30-Dav Response to Bulletin 2005-01. Material Control and Accountina at Reactors and Wet Spent Fuel Storaae Facilities On February 11, 2005, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) transmitted Bulletin (BL) 2005-01. On February 23,2005, the NRC staff informed Nuclear Management Company, LLC, (NMC) personnel that the required 30-day response was extended by one week.
This letter serves as confirmation of our understanding that the 30-day response required by BL 2005-01 will be due by March 21,2005.
This letter contains no new commitments or changes to existing commitments.
