3 Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) has issued Revision 13 to the Turkey Point Physical Security Plan. FPL has determined that the revision does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan. Copies 3 through 6 of the revised plan are enclosed. The plan contains a summary of changes and a list of effective pages, which together comprise the report describing the changes, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54 (p).
The enclosed material contains safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21; its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as j
amended. Therefore, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790 (a)(3), the enclosures are exempt from public disclosure.
By copy of this letter, we are forwarding copies 1 and 2 of the revised plan to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Region II.
