The purpose of this letter is to notify you of license withdrawals requested by Duquesne Light Company in accordance with 10 CFR 30.74. Mr. R. Hospodar (License No. OP-5077-5, Docket No. 55-6961) and Mr. M. Morsey (License No. OP-4813-6, Docket No. 55-6114) no longer have a need to maintain their Reactor Operator licenses, due to a change in job position.
Please withdraw these licenses, as stated, as of January 5,1998.
