'Changes The purpose of this letter is to request changes to the official service list for St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 for correspondence containing Safeguards Information.
Please change the service list for correspondence containing Safeguards Information so that Mr. J. Scarola receives the letters without the Safeguards enclosure, and add Mr. W.G.
