This letter forwards amended Quality Assurance Program description changes. The changes are provided in response to an NRC staff reviewer's verbal request of August 7, 1997. The request concerns Quality Assurance Program changes submitted (by our letter dated March 14, 1997) for NRC simultaneous review with Technical Specification i
Change IA-236 and 2A-110 relocate administrative controls from the technical specifications to the quality assurance program description.
The NRC s;aff reviewer requested quality assurance program changes that describe provisions for minimum ISEG staffing.
The attachment to this letter provides an amendment to the previously submitted quality assurance program description changes.
Attachment C-2, Insert C, Independent Safety Evaluation Group, of the March 14, 1997 letter was revised to include an additional paragraph.
