Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Service Water System Operational Performance Ins ection Self Assessment This letter transmits the Final Report for the Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Service Water System Operational Performance Inspection Self Assessment.
This assessment was conducted at the plant site during the months of March and May of 1995.
FPL intentions to conduct a self assessment, according to the guidance in IP-40501, was provided via L-93-250 on 10/4/93.
A detailed self assessment plan was provided via I 94-152 on 6/28/94.
Conditional approval for the self assessment was granted by the NRC via Albert F.
Gibson to J. H. Goldberg correspondence dated 8/10/94.
An in-process inspection was conducted by the NRC the week of 3/20/95 and was documented on Inspection Reports 50-250/95-08 and 50-251/95-08 on 4/20/95.
