November 16, 1994 Non-routine Environmental Event The attached Report is being submitted pursuant to the requirements of Section 5.4.2 of the St. Lucie Unit 2 Environmental Protection Plan.
The report provides a description of a reportable release of untreated parking lot runoff to the Mangrove Impoundment at the St.
Lucie Plant. Also included in the attached report is a description of a percolation pond system
- bypass, which was implemented to alleviate high percolation pond levels caused by heavy rainfall.
