Docket No. 50-250 and 50-251 Fifteenth Year Tendon Surveillance Su lemental Re ort By letter L-88-336 dated August 4, 1988, Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) transmitted a special report summarizing the low lift-off values of hoop tendons for Turkey Point Unit 4

While reviewing the fifteenth year data in preparation for the twentieth year tendon surveillance, FPL discovered differences between the then proposed and now approved Regulatory Guide requirements.

In response to this discrepancy, a revision to the Fifteenth Year Tendon Surveillance Report foz Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 is enclosed.
