Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Guard Trainino arid Oualifications Plan - Revision 12 Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) has issued Revision 12 to the Turkey Point Guard Training and Qualifications Plan and has determined that the revision does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54 (p), a description of the revision and copies PTNTOP-R12-3 through PTNTQP-R12-6 of the plan are enclosed. :
