.10 CFR 50.90, Florida Power
& Light Company (FPL) submits herewith a
request to amend Facility Operating Licenses DPR-67 and NPF-16 for St.
Lucie Units 1
and 2.
The proposed amendment includes the required updating of the operating licenses with the standard license condition as stated in Generic Letter 86-10, Section F; revises the Unit 1 and Unit 2 Technical Specifications to delete Section 3/4.3.3.7, 3/4.7.11, 3/4.7.12, and 6.2.2.e; and adds Section 6.5.1.6.n.
This proposed amendment is in accordance with the guidelines stated in Generic Letter 88-12.
Attachment 1 and 2 are marked up copies of the proposed Unit 1 and Unit 2 Technical Specification changes.
Attachments 3 and 4 are Unit 1
and Unit 2 Safety Analyses in support of the proposed license amendments.
Attachment 5 is the "Declaration of No Significant Hazards Consideration."
The proposed amendment has been reviewed by the St. Lucie Facility Review Group and the Florida Power 6 Light Company Nuclear Review Board.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91 (b)
(1),
a copy of the proposed amendment is being forwarded to the State
- Designee, the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services (DHRS) for the State of Florida.
