This letter describes the implementation of the NUTAC report at Turkey Point and we feei provides the information requested in the April 0 request.

Regarding the adequacy of the NUTAC program to address the concerns on vendor interface, it is our position and that of the industry that the Vendor Equipment Technical Information Program (VETIP), as defined in the March 1980 NUTAC document, is adequate.

FPL has implemented the program as described in our October 19, 1980 letter.

Accordingly, we request that the staff reconsider the request for additional information.
