Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Adequacy of Station Distribution System Volta es In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, Florida Power 5 Light Company submits herewith three signed originals and forty copies of a request to amend Appendix A of Facility Operating Licenses DPR 31 and 41.
This amendment is submitted as'requested by the NRC Staff.
The modifications that we described in our,letter {L-82-193) dated May 10, 1982 are still to be completed as provided in that letter.
This amendment request should not go into effect until the modifications are coIIplete.
The proposed amendment is described below and shown on the accompanying Technical Specification pages.
Table 3.5-2 Minimum number of operable relays for the 4.16 kV Emergency Busses and the 480v load centers are specified.
Table 3.5-4 Sheets 1 and 2
New undervoltage relay setpoints are added on the 4. 16 kV busses and the 480 volt load cent'ers.
The 480 volt setpoints may be revised lower upon completion of an auxiliarj" power upgrade effort to be completed in the same time frame.
Table 4.1-1 Channel check, calibration tests, and functional test requirements are added for the 4.16 kV and 480 volt load center undervoltage setpoints.
