'> operation, instructions will be issued to further ensure that an operator is designated to promptly initiate and verify auxiliary feedwater flow to the steam generator(s), if needed, during transient and accident situations.
We would like to clarify our response to state that this action would be the primary duty of the designated operator during such transients and accidents, and at such time he would have no concurrent duties.
