RII:JPO 50-389 Florida Power and Light Company has reviewed I & E Bulletin 78-06 concerning defective Cutler-Hammer, Type H relays with DC coils.
FPL has requested from all suppliers with a potential for use of the subject relay'a response in writing concerning its use on equip-ment purchased for,St. Lucie Unit 2.
Should these relays be found on such equipment,'the relays. will.either be replaced or modifided in accordance with the recommended 'corrective action.
The results of this investigation should be available by January 1, 1979.
