Revision to Xnservice Test Program, St. Lucie Unit, No. 1, Docket No. 50-335 Our letter to Mr. Victor Stello dated May 8, 1978 (L-78-169) requested the deletion of several valves from our proposed pump and valve test
- program, as submitted on September 16,
- 1977, on the basis of discussions with members of the NRC staff.
Per discussions with Ms.
Reba Diggs of your office, we have learned that this revision is considered to be covered by the requirements of 10 CFR 170 and that a Class XI amendment fee in the amount of
$ 1,200 must be submitted prior to approval of the revision.
Xn accordance with this request, a check payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of
$ 1,200 is herewith enclosed.
