Vish*a Operations Company LLC and Energy Harbor Nuclear Generation LLC maintain nuclear liability iJ.1.surance procured tlu*ough Marsh USA LLC for Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2; Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1; and Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No. 1 under the American Nuclear Insurer's (ANI) Master Policy-Nuclear Energy Liability Insurance (Secondary Financial Protection). This coverage includes a Bond of Payment of Retrospective Premiums and provides the basis for compliance witl1 the provisions of 10 CPR 140.21(a). Marsh USA submitted a certificate of insurance evidencing this coverage to the Nuclear Regulatory Conunission (NRC) by \
letter dated January 21, 2025.
