GL-25-001 Dominion Energy Endorsement of Framatome's Requested Review Schedule for Topical Report ANP-10358P, Revision O "Increased Burnup for PWRs"

Reference:

Request for Review and Approval of ANP-10358P, Revision 0, "Increased Burnup for PWRs," November 26, 2024, (ADAMS Accession No. ML24331A089).

Dominion Energy respectfully requests completion of the NRC's review of Framatome's Topical Report on Increased Burnup for PWRs (see Reference) by March 2026, as requested by Framatome. Dominion Energy intends to use this Topical Report in support of a license amendment request (LAR) to transition to 24-month fuel cycles at Millstone Power Station Unit 3 (MPS3). The 24-month fuel cycle transition is targeted for implementation during the spring 2028 refueling outage at MPS3. Therefore, review of the referenced Topical Report by the requested date would allow adequate time for NRG review of the subsequent MPS3 LAR.

If you have any questions, please contact Nick Maynard at (804) 273-3910.

Sincerely, James E. Holloway Vice President - Nuclear Engineering and Fleet Support
