Supplemental Information for Updated Safety Analysis Report, Revision 22 By letter dated October 28, 2021, Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp. submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) the Perry Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP) Updated Safety Analysis Report (USAR), Revision 22 in CD-ROM format. In accordance with NRC guidance for electronic submissions, a listing of the document components that made up each CD-ROM was also provided.
In the October 28, 2021, submittal, the CD-ROM referred to as CD-ROM 2 contained a copy of the submitted documents with information identified in accordance with NRC
- Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2015-17, "Review and Submission of Updates to Safety Analysis Reports, Emergency Preparedness Documents, and Fire Protection Documents," removed.
On December 13, 2021, the NRG staff identified that CD-ROM 2 contained information that had been removed in accordance with RIS 2015-17 in Revision 21 of the USAR.
Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp. has determined that this was done in error. Therefore, a corrected list of document components on CD-ROM is attached (Attachment 2) and a corrected CD-ROM 2 is enclosed (Enclosure B). These supersede and replaces in their entirety those provided in the October 28, 2021, submittal.
