- 1. St. Lucie Plant Unit Nos. 1 and 2 - Issuance of Amendment Nos. 253 and 208 Regarding Conversion to Improved Standard Technical Specifications, dated February 20, 2024 (ADAMS Accession No. ML240005A277)
In Reference 1, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) received Amendments Nos. 253 and 208 to Renewed Facility Operating License NPF-67 and NPF-16 for the St. Lucie Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, respectively. The amendments authorized the conversion of the St. Lucie Current Technical Specifications (CTS) to the Improved Technical Specifications (ITS) and authorized the relocation of certain requirements to license-controlled documents. In Reference 1, the NRC requested notification of ITS implementation within 14 days. This letter serves as notification that St. Lucie implemented ITS on May 6, 2024.
