Turkey Point Nuclear Plant Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Docket No. 72-62 Cask Registration 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2) 10 CFR 72.4 L-2021 -162 August 17, 2021 In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2), Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) registers the use of two casks at an Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation. The registration information is attached. These casks are the second and third of a total of five for the 2021 transfer of spent fuel from Turkey Point Unit 4 into ch-y storage.
