St. Lucie Unit 2 Docket No. 50-389 Withdrawal of Application for Withholding 2.390 Information From Public Disclosure Reference I.
FPL Letter L-2014-093 dated March 28, 2014, "Application for Withholding 2.390 Information From Public Disclosure" Florida Power and Light (FPL) held a teleconference with the NRC Staff on March 20, 2014 to discuss the preliminary unverified results of the St. Lucie Unit 2 steam generator inservice inspection (ISI) activities. FPL provided a written summary of the results to the NRC Staff to facilitate the discussions. Per reference 1 above, FPL requested that some of that information within the written summary be withheld from the public. FPL is hereby withdrawing the application for withholding submitted by reference I above.
