St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-335 and 50-389 2010 Individual Monitoring Report Pursuant to 10 CFR 20.2206, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) submitted the 2010 Individual Monitoring Report of St. Lucie personnel per 10 CFR 20.1502. This information was submitted electronically to "Yollie.McCormick@orise.orau.gov." Data was submitted on April 7, 2011, as.verified by Time Stamp: 20110407125253. The annual report was provided via electronic media in -lieu of Form NRC 5 as permitted by 10 CFR 20.2206(b).
In addition, when the FPL computer program loaded dose from the vendor the neutron dose wasdoubled in the LDE and SDE fields. It did not affect the DDE. The neutron errors were corrected and the files were electronically resubmitted. Calendar year 2008 and 2009 Individual Monitoring Reports were resent on March 30, 2011, to "Derek.Hagemeyer@orise.orau.gov" and "Yollie.McCormick@orise.orau.gov," as requested by Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU).
