- The positive drug tests for marijuana listed above exceeded the Florida Power & Light cutoff level (50ng/ml) but did not exceed the NRC cutoff level (100ng/ml). All remaining positive drug test results exceeded the NRC cutoff levels.
- The positive alcohol test was appealed and overturned due to improper completion of the chain of custody form by the Collection Technician. Condition report was written regarding this event.
