Electricity Sector Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ES-ISAC) Advisory, "Mitigation Measures for the Electricity Sector," June 21, 2007.

By letter dated August 20, 2007 (L-2007-114), Florida Power and Light Company (FPL), the licensee for the St. Lucie Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, and the Turkey Point Nuclear Plant, Units 3 and 4; FPL Energy Seabrook, LLC (FPL Energy Seabrook), the licensee for Seabrook Station; and FPL Energy Duane Arnold, LLC (FPL Energy Duane Arnold), the licensee for Duane Arnold Energy Center, submitted the information requested in Reference A.

The purpose of this letter is to inform the NRC staff that Northeast Utilities, a transmission system operator (TSO) for Seabrook Station; and Alliant Energy, a transmission system operator for Duane Arnold Energy Center, have completed the remaining Reference B actions that were described as ongoing in our August 20, 2007 submittal.

Both Northeast Utilities and Alliant Energy have notified FPL, via e-mail, of the completion of their actions. The accuracy of the information provided by a TSO is beyond the control of FPL. To the best of our ability, FPL believes the status regarding TSO actions is accurate.
