The Point Beach Nuclear Plant was formally owned by Wisconsin Electric Power Company (WEPCO) and operated by Nuclear Management Company (NMC) under Facility Operating License Nos. DRP-24 and DPR-
- 27. The transfer of ownership of Point Beach Nuclear Plant to the new owner and operator, FPL Energy Point Beach, LLC, was effective on September 28, 2007, at 12:01 AM CDT.
