The Turkey Point Fitness for Duty Program uses a random testing rate of at least 50%.

Attachment A contains the program performance data. Also attached is a list of events

-reported-and a summary-of management-actions-taken.

All of the remaining positive drug test results listed above exceeded the DHHS/NRC cutoff levels.
