Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 Re: St. Lucie Unit 1 Docket No. 50-335 In-Service-Inspection Plan Withdrawal of Contingency Relief Request 22 By Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) letter, L-2003-222 dated October 15, 2003, FPL requested approval of Unit 1 Relief Request 22. FPL has determined that Relief Request 22, External Weld Between Small Bore Nozzle and Reactor Coolant Piping Hot Leg, is no longer needed. By this letter, FPL is withdrawing the request for approval of Unit 1 Relief Request 22.
