St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-335 and 50-389 Radiological Emergency Plan - Revision 43 Emeraencv Plan Implementing Procedure In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q) and 10 CFR 50 Appendix E, enclosed is one copy of the St. Lucie Plant Radiological Emergency Plan Revision 43 and Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure, EPIP-08, Off-Site Notifications And Protective Action Recommendations," Revision 6.
The plan, as revised, continues to meet the standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E. Revision 6 to EPIP-OB was a change to revise the State Notification form by deleting the supplemental data sheet and revising the instructions. This revision also improves guidance relative to changing protective action recommendations (PARs). provides a summary of the changes to the plan and the documentation of Florida Power and Light Company's (FPL) conclusion that the revision does not represent a decrease in the effectiveness of the plan. Enclosure 2 is Revision 43 of the St. Lucie Plant Radiological Emergency Plan. Enclosure 3 is a copy of EPIP-OB, Revision 6.
