Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 RE: St. Lucie Units I and 2 Docket Nos. 50-335 and 50-389 Regulatory Issue Summary 2002-09 Preparation & Scheduling of Operator Licensing Examinations On June 6, 2002, NRC issued Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2002-09, Preparationand Scheduling of Operator Licensing Examinations. RIS 2002-09 requested licensees to submit, on a voluntary basis, information pertaining to their proposed site-specific operator licensing examination schedule and the estimated number of applicants planning to take those examinations as well as the NRC generic fundamentals examinations (GFE). The NRC stated that this information would help the NRC plan the use of its resources. A response was requested within 30 days of receipt of RIS 2002-09.

Attached please find the completed NRC FORM 536, Operator Licensing Examination Data, for St. Lucie Units 1 and 2.
