C. 20555 Re: St. Lucie Units I and 2 Docket Nos. 50-335 and 50-389 Safeguards Contingency Plan - Revision 13 Florida Power and Light Company has revised the St. Lucie Plant Safeguards Contingency Plan and has determined that the revision does not decrease the effectiveness of the plan. Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), a report describing the revision and copy PSLSCP-R13-01 are enclosed.

Enclosure 1: Marked up copy of the revised pages.

Enclosure 2: Summary of the changes, directions for incorporating this revision into the plan, and copies of the replacement pages.

The enclosed material contains safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy 9t of 1954, as amended. Therefore, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(a)(3) the encl r are exempt from public disclosure.
