DPR-66, NPF-73 Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1 Docket No. 50-346, License No. NPF-3 Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No. 1 Docket No. 50-440, License No. NPF-58 Submittal of Information Pertaining to Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence Pursuant to 10 CFR 95.17, Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp. is advising the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) of changes to the Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) information associated with the owners and operators of Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2; Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1; and Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No. 1.
A change was made to the Energy Harbor Corp. organization. The change is:
Mr. Jason S. Petrik has been named as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Chief Risk Officer replacing Mr. David D. Faranetta.
Mr. Faranetta is leaving the company.

Mr. Terry J. Brown has been named Vice President, Davis-Besse, replacing Mr. Mark B. Bezilla who has been placed on special assignment. Mr. Brown was formerly the Vice President, Fleet Oversight. This position has been eliminated.
Mr. Jason S. Petrik has been named as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Chief Risk Officer replacing Mr. David D. Faranetta.
Mr. Faranetta is leaving the company.
Changes were made to the Energy Harbor Nuclear Generation LLC organization. The changes are:
Mr. Terry J. Brown has been re-assigned and is no longer filling the Vice President, Fleet Oversight position. This position has been eliminated.
Mr. Jason S. Petrik has been named as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Chief Risk Officer replacing Mr. David D. Faranetta.
Mr. Faranetta is leaving the company.
The NRC Form 405F, List ALL Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel (OODEPs), forms for Energy Harbor Corp., Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp., and Energy Harbor Nuclear Generation LLC are enclosed. The forms include the organization changes. The information provided on the forms is sensitive personal information, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
The forms also contains security-related information. Therefore, Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp. requests the OODEPs be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6) and 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1). A redacted version of the OODEPs is provided in Enclosure A. The redacted information is identified by brackets [ ].
Enclosure B contains the unredacted OODEPs. Once Enclosure B has been separated from this letter, the letter can be decontrolled.
As reported in Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp. letter dated May 29, 2020, the addresses for Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp. and Energy Harbor Nuclear Generation LLC have changed. The enclosed OODEPs reflect the changed addresses.
