Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1 Docket No. 50-346, License No. NPF-3 Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No. 1 Docket No. 50-440, License No. NPF-58 Retrosoective Premium Guarantee The requirements of 10 CFR 140.21 include annual submittal of evidence thateach licensee maintains a guarantee of payment of deferred premium in the amount of
$18.963 million for each reactor it is licensed to operate. FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company and FirstEnergy Nuclear Generation, LLC maintain nuclear liability insurance procured through Marsh USA for Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2; Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1; and Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No. 1 under the American Nuclear lnsurer's (ANl) Master Policy-Nuclear Energy Liability lnsurance (Secondary Financial Protection). This coverage includes a Bond of Payment of Retrospective Premiums and provides the basis for compliance with the provisions of 10 CFR M4.21(a). On January 30,2018, Marsh USA provided a certificate of insurance evidencing this coverage to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).
