Box 4 Shippingport, PA 15077 724-682-5234 Fax: 724-643-8069 10 CFR 72.212 In accordance with Condition 9 of the Transnuclear Americas LLC Standardized NU HOMS Certificate of Compliance (CoC) 1004, Amendment 13, Revision 1, FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) is providing the enclosed information to register the spent fuel storage casks at the Beaver Valley Power Station (BVPS) independent spent fuel storage installation (ISFSI).
The applicable CoC for the BVPS ISFSI is Transnuclear Americas LLC Standardized NUHOMSCoC 1004 Amendment 13. Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.214, Revision 1 of CoC 1004 superseded the approved amendments of this CoC and became effective on April 25, 2017. This letter serves as notification that the BVPS ISFSI has implemented Revision 1 to the respective amendment of Coe 1004 for the previously loaded spent fuel storage casks. The attachment provides the spent fuel cask registration information pursuant to 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2).
