An evaluation of the proposed amendment is enclosed. FENOC is requesting Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff approval by January 2.2016 with an implementation period of 30 days following issuance of the amendment.
FENOC requests that the enclosure, which contains security-related information, be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.
