Purpose:

In responseto the NRC Letter 50.54(0 Section2.3, First Energy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) submittedits responseto the NRC in November 2012 for its Perry Nuclear Power Plant. Page 124 of the submittalreport Table 6-3 identified 10 componentsthat were not accessibleduring the time walkdowns were performedwhile the plant was in operation.A commitment was addedin the report stating that these10 items will be walked down during the next refueling outage. The purposeof this addendumto the report is to documentthe findings of those 10 componentsthat were walked down during March/ApiI2013 refueling outage. Attachments:

1. Revisedpages61 and 66 of Table 4-L to correctly identify the building, elevation and room numberfor Components1H22P0011and 1H51P1335.
2. Revisedpages106 and 107 of Table 4-2 to correctly identify the building, elevationand room number Components1H22P0011 and 1H5lP 1335.
3. Revisedpage 114 of Table 4-3 to correctly identify the building for Component 0G41F0581.
4. Revisedpage 124 for Tables 6-2 and6-3 to include the additionalrooms walked down (DW-630, DW-599 and FH-574) and to documentthat the walk down of inaccessibleareaswere completedduring March/Apnl2013 refueling outage.
