None A review was conducted of the Corrective Action Program, correspondence/notifications from General Electric and Global Nuclear Fuels, Supplemental Reload Licensing Report for Perry Reload 12 / Cycle 13, and Perry calculation FM-038, Perry Peak Cladding Temperatures. No errors or changes were issued to Perry during the year 2010.

Additionally, the Supplemental Reload Licensing Report for Perry Reload 13 / Cycle 14 was reviewed. No errors or changes other than those previously identified in the Supplemental Reload Licensing Report for Perry Reload 12 / Cycle 13 were identified.

Attachment L-1 1-050 Page 3 of 3 Silicone Sealant Inspections and Testing 2010 was a non refuel outage year for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant. As a result, there were no inspections scheduled or performed in 2010. Inspection activities are presently scheduled to be performed in refueling outage 13 (1 R1 3) scheduled for April - May 2011.

During 1 R1 3, visual inspection of exposed ductwork will be performed to check for indication of sealant degradation and test specimens will be leak tested to determine if any degradation of silicone has occurred.
