Perry Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-440, License No. NPF-58 Chanqe to Schedule for Submittal of License Renewal Application By letters dated July 15, 2004, and August 11, 2006, FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) provided the planned submittal dates for the License Renewal Application for-the Perry Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP).
The preparation and submittal schedule for the PNPP License Renewal Application has been revised to ensure adequate time to prepare a quality application and complete the requisite reviews. As requested by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) in Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2003-02, FENOC hereby submits the updated schedule information. The application is now scheduled to be submitted in December of 2014. This schedule is provided for NRC use in planning the PNPP License Renewal Application reviews.
