PA0025615 Enclosed is the January 2010 NPDES Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC), Beaver Valley Power Station, in accordance with the requirements of the Permit. Attachment 1 to this letter is supplemental monitoring data for Outfall 001 (dissolved oxygen). A review of the data indicates no permit parameters were exceeded during the month.

Included with the report this month are two Supplemental Laboratory Accreditation Forms for analyses performed to support permit requirements as required by 25 Pa.
