Changes to Schedules for Submittal of License Renewal Applications By letters dated February 25, 2004, July 15, 2004 and August 11, 2005, FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) provided the planned submittal dates for the License Renewal Applications (LRAs) for its Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS), Perry Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP) and Beaver Valley Power Station (BVPS) respectively.
The preparation and submittal schedules for the subject LRAs have been revised to ensure adequate time to prepare quality LRAs and complete the requisite reviews, including a peer review for each station. The schedule below is provided for NRC use in planning the LRA reviews.
