SUMMARY

The Unit began the report period operating at a nominal value of 100% output. On 10/16/04 at 1926 hours0.0223 days <br />0.535 hours <br />0.00318 weeks <br />7.32843e-4 months <br />, the Unit began a planned reduction to less than 50%'output in order to support Main Steam Safety Valve testing prior to beginning it's 16th refueling outage. An output of approximately 44% was achieved at 0412 hours0.00477 days <br />0.114 hours <br />6.812169e-4 weeks <br />1.56766e-4 months <br /> on 10/17/04. Following satisfactory completion of Main Steam Safety Valve testing, the Unit began to shutdown for it's planned 16th refueling outage at 1933 hours0.0224 days <br />0.537 hours <br />0.0032 weeks <br />7.355065e-4 months <br /> on 10/17/04.
