Please find the enclosed Notification of Hazardous Waste Permit-By-Rule Activity for the FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company, Beaver Valley Power Station (BVPS).
The hazardous waste permit-by-rule activity will involve elementary neutralization in accordance with 25 Pennsylvania Code §2 70a.60(b)(1). Attachment 1 to the enclosure includes a list of Environmental Permits and Certificates for BVPS. Attachment 2 to the enclosed notification form provides the required narrative description.
