Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 1 and No. 2 BV-1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 BV-2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Order for Compensatory Measures Related to Access Authorization the Order for The FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) has reviewed Valley Power Compensatory Measures Related to Access Authorization for Beaver the current Station Units 1 & 2, issued on January 7, 2003. This Order, which modifies of the operating license for both units, requires a response regarding the implementation compensatory measures set forth in Attachment 2 to the Order.

The Beaver Valley Power Station (BVPS) intends to comply with the compensatory will be measures described in Attachment 2 to the Order. The compensatory measures B.1.1 which implemented no later than July 7, 2003, except for compensatory measure measures C.1.6 and will be implemented no later than April 7, 2003, and compensatory in the Order.

Compensatory Implementation Date Measure B.1.1 Implementation is intended to be complete by March 14, 2003, but full compliance will be achieved no later than April 7, 2003.
