Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 1 and No. 2 BV-1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 BV-2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Request for Regulatory Conference NRC Inspection Report 50-334/02-03 & 50-412/02-03 documented a preliminary yellow finding concerning the testing and maintenance of the Personal Home Alerting Devices.

FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) requests that a regulatory conference be held to provide the NRC with the results of our investigation of this issue, including the root cause, the corrective actions that are being taken and safety significance. A regulatory conference will be scheduled with Mr. Richard Conte.
