CAUSE/CORRECTIVE ACTION/COMMENTS NARRATIVE REPORT At 0000 on 020720, a ramp down to approximately 92% power was commenced to perform governor valve testing. The testing was completed and the unit was returned to 100% power at 0700 on 020720.
