Dear Sir:
This application for amendment seeks to revise Appendix A (Section 6.1) and Appendix 3 h
(Section 7.1) of the James A. FitzPatrick Technical Specifications. These changes will remove the position title of General Manager from these sections and will state that if the Site Executive Officer is unavailable, he will delegate his responsibilities to another staff member, in writing. In addition, the position title of Resident Manager, used in Appendix B, Section 7.1, will be replaced by Site Executive Officer.
Enclosed for filing is the signed original of a document entitled, " Application for Amendment to Operating License," together viith Attachments I and ll, comprising a statement of the proposed changes to the Technical Specifications and the associated Safety Evaluation. A mark-up of the affected Technical Specification pages is provided in Attachment 111.
In accordance wit,h 10 CFR 50.91, copies of this application and the associated attachments are being submitted to the designated New York State officia!.
