This application for an omendment to the James A. FitzPatrick Technical Specifications revises the Reactor Protection System (RPS) Normal Supply Electrica! Protection Assembly (EPA) Undervoltage Trip setpoint as a result of a reanalysis based on the most limiting minimum voltage requirements of the applied loads. The Authority is also in the process of completing an analysis of the EPA unders altage trip setpoints for the Alternate Supply, The signed original of the Application for Amendment to the Operating License is enclosed for filing. Attachment I is the proposed Technical Specification pages. Attachment ll is the
' Safety Evaluation for the proposed changes. Attachment 111 is i mcrkup of the affected Technical Specification pages.
